5.2. Your Responsibilities: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you submit and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Content.
5.3. AI Output: The quantitative results, reports, and data generated by our AI from your User Content ("Output") are provided for your professional use. While we strive for high accuracy (99.5% with human QA), the Output is provided "as is" and you assume all risk and responsibility for verifying its suitability and accuracy for your specific projects before relying on it.

Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
